CONNECTING YOUR PASMA PHOTOCARD
If you have a valid PASMA Photocard, then we recommend you connect it with your account. There are several benefits for doing this:
- You will be able to see a copy of your photocard in the app
- You will be able to see which qualifications you currently hold
- The app will alert you when you and add a tower for which you currently do not have a valid qualification
To connect your photocard with your account, you need to log into the app (this does not work on the IMC) and then:
- Go to your Profile page (tap on the “avatar” symbol)
- Tap “PASMA Certificate Number“
- Fill in your Certificate Number (which you can find on your PASMA photo ID card)
- Tap “Submit“
It is vital that your First and Last Name are spelled exactly as on the card. If this is not the case, the system will not be able to confirm it is you. If your name is not spelled correctly in the app or on the card, please email us on info@pasma.co.uk with your correct First and Last Name, your certificate number and your date of birth (for security) and we will fix this.
What if my Certificate Number has changed?
If your Certificate Number has changed, you can update it by following exactly the same steps as above.
