USING THE MOBILE APP WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION

There may be situations where it is not possible to establish an internet connection when using the app. If it is likely that you will encounter such a situation, make sure you log into the app before you enter any area where you think you may lose the connection and make sure you tick “Keep me logged in” when doing so.

When you then enter an area where there is no connection, you can still use the app to do inspections. The inspections will then queue until an internet connection is re-established.

There are of course some things you cannot do when offline, which includes:

  • Receiving status updates of inspections
  • Accepting invitations
  • Downloading files for planned towers
  • Add new Sites
  • Connect your PASMA Photocard
