ADDING, EDITING OR REMOVING USERS TO YOUR ORGANISATION

Employees

One major advantage of setting up an Organisation in the PASMA Remote Inspection System is that you can then invite Employees who can then have various Roles.

To be able to invite someone as an Employee to your Organisation, they will need to register on the system first.

Then follow these steps:

1. Log into the Inspection Management Console (IMC) and to go the Organisations page. Click “EDIT” for the appropriate Organisation.
2. Click on the “USERS” tab and then click “+ INVITE USERS“
3. Select “Employee” as the person or persons who you will be inviting
4. Select their role level
5. If you only invite a single person leave “Are you inviting one or more users?” to “Single Invite“, otherwise select “Multiple Invites“
6. If you invite a single person simply type their email address in the “Invite Single User” box
7. If you invite multiple users at once, put all these users in a CSV file with a single column containing email addresses. This is especially handy if you have a lot of employees you need to invite.
8. Click “INVITE“

Freelancer

Inviting freelancers to join works in exactly the same way with two exceptions. They can only have Approver or App User roles and you must select the Project(s) they are invited to. You can select multiple Projects.

Activating Users

User must accept their invitation to your organisation via the Mobile App. Please see Accepting invitations to Projects and Organisations.

Editing and Removing Users

To edit or remove users go to the Organisation page and click “EDIT” for the appropriate Organisation. Then click the “USERS” tab.

You will now see a list of all the Users that have been invited to your Organisation. To edit or remove a User click “EDIT” for that User.

You can now:

• Change their Role
• If they are a Freelance you can change the Projects they have access to
• You can REMOVE USER

You cannot change their employment status. To do that remove them first and then add them with a new employment status.

Please note that when you remove a user, their account is still active, but they will simply not be able to get back to your Organisation or Projects.
