RECOVERING A LOST PASSWORD

Please note that if you want to recover your password you need access to your email

Both the app and the IMC

1. On the Login page, tap the “Forgot Password” link
2. Type the email address associated with your account
3. You should now receive an email with a code
4. Put the code in the app and type a new password.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase and lowercase letters as well as a number and one special character.
