CREATING, EDITING OR DELETING AN ACCOUNT
Creating (Registering) an Account
In order to use the system you must have an account. Accounts are personal and free, and give you access to both the Mobile App (app) and Inspection Management Console (IMC) part of the system. Individual members of staff should have their own account.
You can create an account either the app or the IMC. When you access either the App or the IMC for the first time you will see a link where you can create your account.
- Go to the app or the IMC on https://ria.pasma.co.uk
- On the app scroll down and click the “Register” link
- In the IMC click the “REGISTER” button
- Follow the instructions to complete your registration
Please note that your password requires to be at least 8 characters long, contains lower and upper case letters, at least one number and one special character.
Editing Account Details
You can currently only change your email address, password or PASMA Certificate Number (Photocard).
In the app:
- Go to the Profile Page
- To change email address tap the email address, provide your password and a new email address. Make sure you type the correct email address
- To change your PASMA Certificate Number tap your certificate number and provide the new one. Note that once you have changed your certificate number that your tower inspections will now be recorded against the new certificate number.
- To change your password, scroll down to the bottom of the Profile Page and tap the “Change Password” button.
In the IMC
- Select “Users” from the menu. Find your own user record (you may need to “ADD FILTER” to find your record)
- Click “EDIT“
- You can only change your email address here
Deleting an Account
If you want to delete your personal user account, you must contact PASMA via info@pasma.co.uk and we will remove your account. Please note that this cannot be undone.
